Episode 15: Watch your language!

Who’s feeling off balance? Online work and school got you feeling overwhelmed? You, too? When we are feeling stressed, we don’t always think before we speak and we may unintentionally hurt, criticize, or minimize ourselves and others. In this week’s episode, Addy shares 4 words/phrases, in addition to the nonverbal language, that keep us stuck and wasting our precious head and heart energy. Our language and word choice are so powerful and something we have control over (doesn’t some control sound nice right now?).
