Can you imagine physically leaving your home, family, and country in order to hit reset on life and challenge yourself? I know we have talked on the show about making space for ourselves through carving an extra 30 minutes each morning or embarking on a weeklong solo journey, but Ann did this in a BIG, no, a GIGANTIC way! Listen as she describes her experience navigating life in a foreign place, staying connected with loved ones who cheered her on from a distance, embracing the sticky, and cultivating joy in her life. She encourages us to try new things, have courage, and make our needs a priority!
