Ride the Wave: Navigating Anxiety, Panic, and Grief

Anyone else get frustrated, discouraged, confused by recurring feelings of anxiety, panic, grief and loss? While these may seem like distinctly different feelings, they can hit similarly and at the most inconvenient and random times. Like in the shoe aisle of my favorite store. While on vacation.
