Episode 24: Connecting mind, body, and spirit with Carah Elizabeth

Namaste? Downward Dog? Reiki? Chakras? Anyone else heard of these but wondered what they are and how or if they really work? Anyone else totally down to try anything at this point because 2020? Me, too. This week, Carah Elizabeth unpacks the meaning and purpose of each of these wellness practices. She shares her personal journey in seeking support that guided her own professional focus and practice, which resulted in a few pivots and adjustments along the way. When thinking about joy and wellness, Carah Elizabeth focuses on the whole body via yoga, Reiki, meditation, coaching, and other therapeutic skills. To this end, she now helps women get into alignment and break through all that is holding them back and she shares some stories of transformation that are truly inspiring!
